Tecmo's Quantum Theory a PS3 Exclusive Started As PC Title

In a recent interview, Quantum Theory designer Keisuke Kikuchi revealed that the PS3 exclusive was originally a PC game: "Initially the game concept was built around this game being a PC game. So the team started working on the game play portion on the PC, but we were pretty confident that we were going to be able to display and execute what we wanted to using the power of the PS3."

Quantum Theory from Tecmo, looks very intriguing. Would Quantum Theory be a time exclusive? Would Tecmo be able to expand on their Gear of War look-a-like?
