Full tech specs for the PlayStation Phone, officially named Xperia Play, has been released by Sony Ericsson.

Important to the unit’s hardware is 400 MB RAM and a 1 GHz Scorpion ARMv7. Working on Google’s new ‘Gingerbread’ operating system.
